Please let us know the date, time (from the time of the briefing to the time of the event’s end) and location of the event, type of interpretation required (consecutive/simultaneous) and any other details.

We will ask you about the details of your request by email or telephone.

We will prepare a quote based on the details you provide. There is no charge for the quote.

Please confirm an order after checking the contents of the estimate by replying email with the word “order” in the subject line. We ask that orders to be completed at least two weeks before the date of the event. For first-time customers and individual customers, we ask that payment be made in advance.

Please provide any materials related to the content of the interpretation in advance. I will prepare in advance by studying the necessary knowledge and terminology from these materials. To have enough time to prepare, please provide the materials as soon as possible, preferably at least 1 week before the event.

I will arrive at the location at the agreed time.
Normally, we will have a briefing about 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the work to go over the materials and ask any questions about the content of the work.
If there is a possibility of extending the work on the day, please let me know in advance.
