先週、熊本に出張してきました。今回は本当にトンボ帰りで、一番熊本らしさを感じたのは空港だったというくらいの滞在時間。
でも、その短い間にも、工場見学や経営会議を通じて、会社の業務改善への取り組みや、効率化によって生まれたリソースを新たな業務に再配置していく工夫など、素晴らしい取り組みに触れることができました。
そして週末は、普段はオンラインで参加している通訳学校の対面授業に参加。
いつもと違う緊張感がありましたが、同じようにスキルアップを目指す仲間たちと直接会って学ぶ時間は、とても刺激的で充実した一日になりました。

Over the weekend, I attended an in-person class at my interpreter school where I usually participate online. Spending the day with others who are equally committed to brush up their skills was incredibly inspiring.
